Does Acupoint therapy hurt?

Most people find it to be relaxing and virtually painless. Needles are extremely thin—much finer than those used for injections. You might feel a slight pinch or tingling sensation, but many people report feeling calm or even sleepy during treatment. If you don’t want needles to be administered, acupressure massage can be administered.

How many session will I need?

The number of sessions depends on your individual condition, how long it’s been present, and how your body responds. Some people notice improvement after just 1–2 sessions, while chronic or complex issues may require a series of treatments. Your practitioner will create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.
